The hotel is OK with some caveats: 1 - The rooms are really small, with no place for luggage. 2 - You have to pass twice in the toll if you’re coming from the airport or from Bandeirantes highway. If you stay in hotels east of VCP you avoid that.

This hotel is horrible for a multitude of different reasons. Let’s start with they placed it 100 feet after a toll, so everytime you leave and come back it’s 20$ each way. They used to do vouchers but stopped 3 years ago I was told, which is extremely greedy. The hotel itself is in terrible condition, I closed the bathroom door and the hatch in the ceiling fell and hit me. The shower is missing the finish on one side and looks extremely poor and run down. The room is small and the air conditioner barely works. The pictures are a complete lie about this property. The staff is also extremely incompetent, I expressed to the front desk I didn’t feel comfortable with cleaners in the room because there is no safe. Only to come back after being out 10 hours to somebody in our room. The front desk didn’t even offer an apology. There is a massive pot hole in the driveway which unavoidable and really can damage your car. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Absolutely terrible experience and they should be offering a refund.

Bom hotel, mas embora a 7km do aeroporto, peca na localização pra quem tem destino Viracopos. Transporte fica muito caro pra quem vem de Campinas. Uber não aceita devido a 2 pedágios, de quase 20,00 cada, a 500m do hotel... Sugestão: transfer hotel/aeroporto/hotel, mesmo com taxa, porém justa.

Antigo Ibis Indaiatuba, pois a mobilia e decoracao sao exatamente as mesmas. Logo você ja sabe que quando tiver terminadp seu banho, metade do banheiro estara alagado com agua que vaza do box. Café da manha bem melhor que Ibis. Localizacao ruim por conta do pedagio entre hotel e Aeroporto.
