The hotel is OK with some caveats: 1 - The rooms are really small, with no place for luggage. 2 - You have to pass twice in the toll if you’re coming from the airport or from Bandeirantes highway. If you stay in hotels east of VCP you avoid that.

Um ponto positivo foi café da manhã maravilhoso.. ponto negativo a localização fica após o pedágio dificultando ir a Indaiatuba pois o valor é R$ 19.40...quarto não era bom a porta não travava por fora não tinha shampoo vidro estava vazio a ducha higiênica toda enferrujada... quarto antigo.. .a cama era boa e confortável

O hotel deixou um pouco a desejar por alguns detalhes. Por ser 220V eles só tem um transformador para o hotel todo fui pedir na recepção não sabiam aonde estava. O secador do meu quarto não funcionava fui pedir um secador já que levei o meu e não consegui usar por ser 110V eles emprestaram para outros hóspedes e não sabiam aonde estava, arrumei uma terceira alternativa emprestando de uma amiga e o quarto não tinha tomada 20 amperes. Na área de alimentação não tem microondas, eles até esquentaram as comidas para nós, porém tínhamos que ficar ouvido que era exceção. O banheiro do nosso quarto não parecia estar muito limpo, já que tinha cheiro o vaso. Única coisa que foi excelente foi o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente do João na recepção. Isso não temos o que falar.
