Hotel com boa estrutura, porém aparenta estar em processo de envelhecimento e necessita de retrofit e modernização de suas instalações. O frigobar encontrava-se desabastecido e os copos disponibilizados no quarto eram descartáveis de plástico, algo incompatível com a categoria anunciada do hotel. O banheiro apresentava torneira do lavatório com vazamento contínuo, sem possibilidade de fechamento adequado, além de assento sanitário de plástico de baixa qualidade e mal fixado. A televisão do quarto era antiga, com oferta limitada de canais em alta definição (HD). Na recepção, não havia purificador ou bebedouro disponível para os hóspedes. O café da manhã foi o ponto alto da hospedagem, com boa variedade e qualidade dos produtos oferecidos. Entretanto, até mesmo nesse ambiente foram observados guardanapos de baixa qualidade, incompatíveis com o padrão esperado para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas. De modo geral, a experiência não correspondeu às expectativas geradas pela classificação do hotel.
