The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

O quarto é espaçoso e o chuveiro muito bom, mas tinha algumas sujeiras, apenas uma coberta pequena para uma cama de casal e a iluminação do banheiro é ruim. Não tinha vaga no estacionamento tive que parar na rua. Eu precisava entrar um pouco mais cedo porque tinha um casamento as 16h mas não deu certo não sei se foi má vontade ou se tava lotado. No geral, acredito ser um bom custo-benefício mas não iria novamente.

Fujam do quarto 901!! Vazamento na pia do banheiro por baixo e por cima!! No último descobri porque minhas coisas de cima da pia do banheiro estavam molhadas. Sim! Tinha um vazamento em cima da pia!! Malhando inclusive, minha escova de dentes! Sem contar com o sifão solto de tão velho. O rapaz da manutenção, uma simpatia diga-se de passagem, fez o que pôde, mas não resolveu o problema, usar pia era sinônimo de banheiro todo molhado! Café da manhã só foi bom no sábado, nos demais dias, decaiu consideravelmente!! Fiquei por 2 dias pedindo uma toalha de piso. Sinceramente, não recomendo o hotel! Mega arrependimento.

Pontos negativos - Quarto com lençóis curtos e saindo da cama, torneira do banheiro quebrada, box do chuveiro com vazamento de água para o banheiro, camareiras pela manhã no hall do andar rindo e falando alto atrapalhando o sono dos hóspedes, café da manhã por volta das 9 horas faltando um monte de coisas (pãozinho, sucos, frios, etc) e com demora na reposição. Ponto positivo - manobrista Demitrius muito atencioso e prestativo, localização do hotel. Já havia me hospedado a alguns anos atrás e a experiência tinha sido muito boa porém, dessa vez saí decepcionado com o que me deparei. Essa é uma crítica construtiva e espero que a gerência do hotel veja essas observações e tome alguma atitude.

Quarto confortável, localização perfeita, equipe impessoal, cafe da manhã bastante variado, porém a reposição é lenta. Como são apenas 2 elevadores fica muito demorado o acesso ao quarto. Garagem com manobrista é muito bom. Não usamos a piscina, mas parecia estar bem cuidada. O check-in às 16h. poderia ser antecipado, visto que o check-out é às 12h.

o Hotel grita por reforma urgente, os funcionários no momento do check-in estava em conversa paralela e só parou após uns 2 minutos da gente aguardando. Não existe vaga para todos no hotel. Agua do banheiro com textura e gosto ruim e também cheiro de esgoto, elétrica precária e aparente, existe ninho de pombo no condensador do ar condicionado próximo a janela do quarto, na piscina as pombas descem para se banhar, e possui pena de pombo na agua e nas cadeiras externas. Única coisa que valeu a pena na hospedagem foi o carro da manhã, farto e com reposição o tempo todo, apesar de eu olhar a cozinha ser insalubre, materiais de limpeza junto com a comida. nota 04 pelo Café
