The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

Banheiro com vazamento; chuveiro com jato de água exageradamente forte; café da manhã ruim (bolos secos, salgados não estavam frescos, não tinha nem pão francês e o sabor do café muito estranho); ar condicionado com barulho; uma hóspede nos atropelou na hora de sair do elevador para fazer o check-out, quase derrubou a minha filha e o recepcionista do Hotel riu da situação. Também cobram R$ 15,00 de estacionamento, mas deixam carros na rua de madrugada.

O hotel precisa se atualizar no geral é ok, mas por ser um prédio antigo requer muito investimento em manutenção e fica evidente alguns pontos para os hospedes, por exemplo no meu andar o carpete do corredor já passou do tempo de trocar e tinha uma manutenção feita recente em uma das paredes sobrou a poeira da massa corrida que passaram e nem aspiraram nos 3 dias que fiquei.

O café estava frio, assim como o pão de queijo e o ovo mexido. Os bolos secos e o mamão duro como se estivesse ainda fora do tempo pra comer. O corredor do 10°andar sujo e fedido. O quarto tava limpo, com uma cama boa, chuveiro bom e ar condicionado funcionando bem, porém a pia do banheiro estava entupida e quando descia a água, vazava pelo sifão, mal cheiro e a luz do espelho não funcionava pois o interruptor estava quebrado.
