The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

Quarto limpo ok. Equipe de funcionários: muito atenciosos, Principalmente os manobristas. Café da manhã, maravilhoso. Reposição a todo momento. Estacionamento: o único desconforto, era aguardar o manobrista quando retornava ao hotel e não tinha vaga para estacionar na frente do hotel, Tendo que parar em fila dupla, ocasionando problemas no trânsito local. Nosso quarto era no 1º andar, de frente para a rua. Então esse mesmo problema nos atrapalhava durante o descanso noturno

A localização do hotel é, sem dúvida, um dos seus maiores diferenciais, sendo bastante estratégica e facilitando o deslocamento. Outro ponto muito positivo é o café da manhã, que é completo, variado e muito saboroso. No entanto, alguns aspectos precisam de atenção. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 106 e o banheiro apresentava um forte odor de esgoto vindo do ralo, o que tornou o ambiente bastante desagradável. Além disso, o banheiro molhava excessivamente durante o banho. Outro inconveniente foi a falta de itens básicos no quarto duplo. Na chegada, não havia toalhas de banho, de rosto nem tapete de piso, sendo necessário solicitar esses itens por duas vezes até que fossem disponibilizados. Apesar desses pontos de melhoria, considero que os aspectos positivos, especialmente a excelente localização e o café da manhã, fazem com que eu me hospedasse novamente no hotel.
