Room clean, not too expensive but a bit old and shabby by some aspects. Slippers, coffee machine, boiler and tissues should be a standard for this kind of hotel. And it's not the case here. Swimming pool is tiny. Surroundings are really poor and crap. Almost nobody speaks english here, which was a first for me. The dining service is lame, it takes ages, many things at the menu are not available. In a nushell, don't dine here. Breakfast is more than correct

It took 4 days to get my cleaning back and the desk was mostly helpful but one desk party was antagonistic with me about my concerns. Room cleaning and the restaurant staff were very nice. I woul not stay again - picked the brand as it is normally a good brand and location. This time location was poor with homeless on the streets.

Vocês sabem que quando eu gosto eu gosto: Infelizmente não tivemos uma recepção muito boa, acredito que por conta da lotação ,nos colocaram em uma habitação mais castigada pelo tempo . O pessoal da recepção muito atencioso como o pessoal da cozinha porém as habitações estão deixando a desejar por conta da manutenção que não estão sendo feitas em tempo hábil.
