Exceptional staff and a very reliable, clean stay I had a great experience at Matiz. The hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and while the internet was just "ok" (could be a bit faster), it got the job done. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible service. I realized upon arrival that I had accidentally made my Expedia reservation for the wrong date. Instead of turning me away, the staff identified the issue immediately and accommodated me for the correct dates without any hassle. They are an amazing team that clearly puts the guest first. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with helpful staff, I highly recommend Matiz.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. The room is spacious, but the bed is not very comfortable. The hotel made an option to present itself as low budget, and does not offer hand towels or toiletries, for example. The problem is that it charges the same as other hotels in the area that do offer those things and have similar accomodations. It is not a bad hotel. But for the price, one can do better .

It is a good and simple hotel. The neighborhood is safe, Breakfast is good, and the room is comfortable enough for a few days, with a good bathroom. I needed to use my internet plan, and the worst point was that the air conditioning device was pointed directly to the bed, which was a little annoying. Sadly, the swing function was not working. So, I let it turned on until I went to sleep and woke up a few times to turn it in and on again. Kind of tiring business.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but always the same exact food each morning. The hotel did not provide shampoo in the rooms. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't provide at least shampoo. There was internet that worked well, however there were no USB ports in the room. Fortunately I brought my own 120v plugs, which had USB ports as well as plugs.

Fui com minha familia para um fim de semana em Campinas. Escolhi o hotel pela boa localização e forma de pagamento. Eu indico para quem tiver interesse de hospedagem. Nao temos nada a reclamar. Se eu tivesse me guiado por comentarios de desconhecidos teria perdido uma boa estadia. Local é muito limpo e mesmo com a janela voltada para rua nao escutei barulho, ouvi menos do que é normal a gte ouvir em casa mesmo. Cafe da manha estava mto bom. Uma pena nao ter tido como aproveitar a piscina pois estava frio. Banheiro funcionava direitinho e esrava limpo. Funcionários educados e gentis, ambiente agradavel e cheiroso. Estacionamento amplo, com vagas fáceis de manobrar e sem custo adicional. Enfim, se eu tiver q retornar já sei para onde ir.
