Booked 16 nights & then another 6 nights Room / hotel clean & cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was ok Big problem with room on 16 night stay - was a 3cm gap bottom of door & room close to lift so all noise from outside came into my room! Additionally all cleaning ladies had walkie talkie radio's left on cleaning trolleys in hallways when rooms being cleaned - volume seemed to be on full so I got constantly woken up every time reception contacted anyone TV could not be changed from portugese to english for UK USA channels On website it stated portugese & english spoken at reception - no one spoke english

O hotel é bom, mas um pouco antigo. Gostei do quarto, bem espaçoso e confortável, estava com a pia do banheiro entupida e isso foi bem ruim. Fui na sauna e estava um pouco suja, mas algumas pessoas podem ter usado antes e devem ter feito xixi, sei lá. Fiquei em um quarto que a janela dava para rua então segunda feira de manhã bem cedo já ouvia barulho de carro, a janela não veda muito bem. Funcionários são simpáticos e educados.

Infelizmente não valeu a pena a estadia. Cheguei tarde no local e o AC do meu quarto não estava funcionando. Tudo bem... entrei em contato e trocaram de quarto. Ainda assim, o AC fazia muito barulho e não era tão bom. O banheiro não tinha porta no box. Tive que tomar cuidado para não molhar tudo. Tomadas perto da cama não encontrei. Quarto parecia antigo. A cama e os travesseiros não eram confortáveis.

Esse hotel ja foi melhor. Travesseiro estava com manchas sei la do quê. Serviço de quarto meio desorganizado: bateram na porta perguntando se eu havia pedido água, sendo que não fiz nenhum pedido. Restaurante com poucas opções. Estacionamento é terceirizado. Dizem que tem serviço de manobrista, mas eu mesmo tive que estacionar.
