O hotel é bom, a localização é boa para quem pretende ir ao Shopping D. Pedro ou como no meu caso no Expo D.Pedro, para os demais casos achei a localização e acesso muito desfavoráveis. As acomodações são novas, bem cuidadas, não havia frigobar no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Ampla área para estacionamento. Check in confuso e lento, talvez devido ao alto movimento no dia. Apartamento triplo bastante amplo.

A localização deixa a desejar, a estrutura do banheiro é terrível, a porta de vidro fica uma brecha de um dedo e quem está no quarto vê quem está tomando banho e a água vaza para o quarto pois o local de banho a água do chuveiro bate na porta, no vaso entre o vaso e a tampa estava cheio de urina velha. O quarto com uma grande infiltração e mofado. Minha filha teve uma crise alérgica devido ao mofo e eu e ela fomos dormir no carro, um absurdo pagar um hotel para dormir no carro. O café da manhã e muito bom, mas não encobre o problema de dormir no carro.

Os funcionários foram ótimos porém as instalações difíceis o box ficava alagado a água não descia. Não dormimos bem, o quarto era interligado a outro por uma porta que estava fechada mas, no outro quarto fizeram barulho até tarde da noite, batiam falavam alto. Complicado. O café dá manhã ótimo também. Não gostamos muito da localização. Mas isso era o de menos.
