Hotel nos atendeu em tudo: Vale a Pena!

Estadia excelente, chuveiro bom, café da manhã bom, quarto bom, cordialidade dos funcionários, limpeza boa, piscinas boas, salão de jogoa razoável... O estacionamento é gratuito mas não tem vagas suficientes para todos os apartamentos. Por 2 noites, o carro ficou na rua que é tranquila. Ótima localização, próximo a restaurantes que dá para ir a pé. Hotel nos atendeu em tudo!

Hotel nota 10!

O Hotel é simples, porém muito aconchegante, com pessoal muito atencioso. Eles estão tomando todos os cuidados em relação ao momento de pandemia. A recepção foi excelente, os quartos tem camas confortáveis apesar do layout simples, atende muito bem. Roupas de cama e toalhas muito limpas, quarto muito limpo, halls e lugares comum muito bem limpos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade de frutas, sucos, bolos e pães. Fiz esse passeio em familia, com uma criança de 4 anos. Eles tem copinha para esquentar leite, disponibilizam frutas para as crianças terem um lanchinho. A tarde havia uma mesa com chá e café, bem como alguns biscoitinhos e água saborizada bem fresquinha. Parabéns ao time do Hotel, certeza que voltaremos!

Gostamos do hotel, do atendimento e limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã com poucas opções, bar piscina com fechamento às 16h. Fizemos check in às 15h e não tinha como comer nada na piscina. Wi fi péssimo, só funcionava no quarto. A energia do quarto desligava quando tirávamos a chave(quando saía do quarto), não tinha como deixar celular e nenhum aparelho eletrônico carregando.

Fizemos o check in. Subindo ao apartamento nos instalamos. Abrimos as janelas, fazia calor, não permanecem abertas. Fecham sozinhas. Ar condicionado não funcionna e telefone não funcional. Surdo-mudo. Subiram para checar se era verdade e constataram que era verdade. Nos mudaram de apartamento e tivemos que levar toda as coisas desembaladas. No outro quarto mais problemas, no banheiro, enfim, terceiro querto que estava OK. Nos deram um up grade e fizeram questão de dizer que NOS DERAM UM UP-GRADE. Pelo preço enorme que pagamento por dois quartos para duas noites (levei dois netos, uma filha e os pais) não valeu a pena. CARISSIMO pela pessima qualidade na manutenção de um hotel velho e desatualizado. Café da manhã fraco. Não recomendo. Não voltaremos. Expedia precisa saber da qualidade do que oferecem.
