Tirando o corredor que tem um cheiro esquisito, a cama ruim, a tolha de péssima qualidade que parece uma lixa, a tv que não funciona a TV a cabo nem a TV normal, o ar-condicionado que nao gela e o café da manhã que vai até as 09h30 em pleno final de semana, foi tudo certo. Não recomendo de forma alguma.

A garagem tinha muita infiltração de agua e cheirava muito mal, o quarto tb tinha cheiro forte e ruim, levantei o lençol e o colchão era muito velho e estava muito escuro, nao tinha internet. Para o checkin nem pediram documentacao e para o checkout nao geraram nenhuma documwntacao, falando q o sistema estava fora do ar por falta de internet. Foi o pior hotel q fiquei...

Dependendo do quarto não há tomada perto da cama. O chuveiro queimou durante o banho, com a cabeça cheia de espuma , banho gelado, tive que trocar de quarto… no segundo quarto , a água do chuveiro ia cada um para um lado! Estava difícil tomar um banho descente! No terceiro quarto, consegui tomar um banho descente!! Percebi uma falta de manutenção… Mas os funcionários foram bem gentis.

Havia reservado 2 quartos, 3 adultos, precisei cancelar o quarto de 1 adulto o Hotels.com acabou cancelando o quarto de 2 adultos e precisei pagar por cama extra mesmo existindo a garantia de que o valor atendia 2 adultos. Ao chegar no local o quarto não tinha nada haver com o anúncio, um quarto inferior com ar-condicionado antigo e barulhento, cama extremamente desconfortável, fui obrigado a pagar um upgrade pelo quarto que segundo as fotos eu já tinha reservado. Apesar de ter reservado o quarto casal, também levei familiares que servaram no mesmo hotel e passaram pelos mesmos problemas. Me ligaram no meio do evento para resolver o equivoco da falta de comunicação entre o hotel e o Hotels.com, a ADM do hotel nada pode fazer, me cobraram e me passaram uma nota fiscal detalhada para abertura de reclamação. A garagem é um calabouço à parte, tudo falta manutenção severa. Péssima estadia, os funcionários são educados, porém a propriedade não tem instrumentos para solução de problemas.

Muito barulho do ar condicionado e o dreno do quarto superior derrama água em cima do ar condicionado onde eu estava hospedado acarretando num barulho muito alto e a porta de entrada fica batendo mesmo trancada e infelizmente não consegui dormir direito. Esse hotel é sem dúvida o pior que me hospedei até hoje.

No quarto que ficamos (602), a porta não fechava por dentro depois de entrarmos. Meu marido desceu e foi até a recepção e relatou ao funcionário, mas o msm informou que fechava sim e que precisamos nos preocupar...mas isto não era possível, pq a chave não virava e não havia outra maneira para fechar a porta, ou seja, no tempo que permanecemos no quarto, a porta ficou sem trancar, não me senti segura principalmente para dormir. Relatei este problema no checkout tbm, e uma outra atendente disse que as fechaduras estão sendo trocadas e a deste quarto provavelmente ainda não havia sido trocada e a informação dada pelo funcionário é pq ele é novo funcionário.
