Quarto 313 que eu e marido ficamos era maravilhoso. Limpo, lençóis macios e limpinhos, cobertas edredons excelente, travesseiros ótimos, toalhas de banho muito limpa e excelente estado. Chuveiro estava bom, precisando só de uma limpeza para um escoamento melhor ďagua. Banheiro limpo. Café da manhã maravilhoso, a moça reponha constantemente e ñ de pouca quantidade mas muita. Equipe funcionários simpáticos excelentes. Estacionamento muito bom.. Muitas vagas cobertas. Piscina não usei mas estava limpa e com hóspedes. Localização do hotel excelente, qdo voltar para a Cidade de Itapira com certeza me hospedarei em Ferian Plaza Hotel. Super recomendo! 👏

O hotel tem localização central, é limpo o que torna a estadia prática e confortável. O café da manhã é trivial e peca pq o café, por vezes, é servido morno devido ao desligamento da máquina. Quanto ao atendimento, deixa a desejar, recomendo melhoria na recepção. Uma postura mais cordial, com cumprimentos e maior atenção aos hóspedes, faria grande diferença na experiência. Poucos pontos a melhorar

Os quartos são muito bons, o problems que vejo é como chegar neles, a disposição é muito estranha. Você pega um elevador no terreo que dá dentro do restaurante, então com sua mala atravessa ele para sair para um caminho que dá volta em um vão, com escadas inclusive para depois ter acesso ao corredor do seu quarto. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar pelo preço da diária. O estacionamento é bom. O atendimento também foi bom.

Limpeza muito acima da média (principalmente do banheiro) e atendimento cordial. Quarto confortável e com boa manutenção. Bom café-da-manhã; os bolos decepcionaram um pouco. Li algumas avaliações criticando a acústica, porém, como o hotel estava relativamente vazio e os quartos próximos ao meu estavam desocupados, não tenho parâmetros para avaliar. Apesar de não ter utilizado a piscina, a área pareceu bastante convidativa. Se retornar à Itapira, o Ferian será minha escolha de hospedagem.
