Outdated

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

Fiquei hospedada com meus pais em um quarto triplo que era confortável e espaçoso, porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. Havia bastante poeira, encontramos traças na cama de casal e os travesseiros estavam amarelados, o que acabou agravando a rinite de todos nós. Solicitamos a limpeza e a arrumação do quarto, mas, infelizmente, não houve melhora significativa durante toda a estadia. Em contrapartida, os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, e o café da manhã era agradável.

Poderia ser melhor se não fosse o chuveiro que não estava esquentando. Fiquei dois dias e por duas vezes tive que tomar banho frio. Reclamei no primeiro dia e o funcionário disse que era a caldeira, no segundo dia o funcionário disse que não sabia.

Banheiro sujíssimo, um nojo, o quarto com piso sujo, a arrumação do quarto não foi feita, tive que pedir no fim do dia quando voltei para o hotel para descansar da data do serviço. Funcionários indiferentes e sem nenhum empenho para sanar a insatisfação. Muito triste pois o hotel tem potencial, mas está cada dia pior!

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura, porém deficiências graves. Embora possua um dois andares (térreo e 1º andar) não possui elevador, o que dificulta a movimentação de pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O banheiro do quarto apresenta sinais bastante intensos de falta de manutenção (manchas e sinais de proliferação de fungos). O sistema de reposição de geladeira do quarto é ineficaz. Também tivemos que pedir por quatro vezes papel higiênico. Por outro lado, o café da manhã é bastante completo e saboroso (bastante variedade de frutas, sucos, pães e doces).

O hotel tem comodidades boas, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Banheiros sujos, cheio de mofo que só de passar o dedo saia, secador cheio de pó, chão sujo. Após a saída do hóspede com certeza só se seca o banheiro, não é feito limpeza nenhuma.
