Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful holiday home with air conditioning and pool. The country resort has been divided into a total of seven private units. The property can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill, patio and tennis court. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a lovely property that has a total of seven independent units that is conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa. Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning and pool.

Trilocale Garden (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

There is a kitchen including coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.
