Casa di Paolo is a detached house with a large garden equipped to spend pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors, have lunch and dinner al fresco, challenge each other in exciting games of ping pong.
The house with classic and simple furnishings consists of spacious and airy rooms. The entrance is into a living room with dining room and fireplace. From here one goes to the eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one twin with single beds.
Two bathrooms with shower stalls complete the house. In one of the bathrooms there is also a Jacuzzi. The furnished garden is located at the back.

Casa di Paolo is located in Campi Salentina, in the center of the Upper Salento town where all the main services are present. The city of Lecce is about 10 km away.
The nearest beaches are those of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo about 20 km away. Also very beautiful are the beaches of Casalabate, on the Adriatic coast, just 14 km away.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
