Staff was great, lots of customer parking belonging to the hotel , the hotel is located close to a mall , no grocery stores available but great food court, and every brands available. Room was spacious. Close to the train station to fo downtown.

I felt very safe there. Loved that I needed a code to get into the building. Then I needed another code to go down the hallway to get to my room. The staff ordered 2 taxis for me. Their attentiveness was superior! Whenever I messaged them, they always answered quickly. The location was great. Very close to the metro and it was a relatively short walk to the attractions. Never stayed in a guesthouse before, but it was perfect. We stayed 7 days.

typical ibis setup with normal standards. breakfast was somewhat varied but very sweet (typical Italian) yet not really tasty options. it's possible store my bicycle in the inner garage but there was no sort of shed to cover it from rain. no groceries close by, and for food options the closest is going to a shopping mall 5' walking (expect shopping mall food)

The stay at the hotel was very good,all the staff was willing to help us.The first night our room had no heat and it was cold,so we complained the next morning and they checked and because we had right,they apologized and immediately changed our room.The breakfast was nice and they had incredible coffee!The room was clean and tidy and also we had all the day hot water.

Quiet hotel, great breakfast, good location next to shopping and places to eat. Trendy panini place and central market restaurants are in the IGigli without needing to wait in line in the city center. Bus next to hotel goes into Florence. Train is 20 minute walk.
