Hotel com boas instalações, quarto amplo, recepção 24 horas, boa localização e de fácil acesso. Pena que o café da manhã não se inicie mais cedo (para quem está viajando de carro, o horário faz toda a diferença). O atendimento na recepção não foi dos mais "calorosos". Falta tato, gentileza e um rosto amigável. Chegamos cansados e só gostaríamos de ser bem recebidos. Nada demais... Ressalto que foi neste dia (27 de dezembro para 28 de dezembro). Na segunda vez em que nos hospedamos (de 04 para 05 de janeiro), o tratamento foi completamente diferente: outra atendente. Gentil, prestativa e muito educada!
