This independent south-facing house, located in a cul-de-sac, has been brought up to date while retaining its soul. You will enjoy a spacious enclosed courtyard not overlooked, a covered terrace with barbecue, plancha, a carport at the end of the cul-de-sac. From June to September, above-ground swimming pool 4*2*1.30m
On the first floor: Equipped summer kitchen, WC and Mini "gym" room.
On the 1st floor: Living rooms, Dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with Italian shower and WC
3 bedrooms with cupboard and hangers on the second floor.
You will discover our village classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, located in the meander of the Hers river, known for its Rose Festival and its undeniable charm.
