Step inside to a grand entryway with a stunning oak staircase and mezzanine balcony. The ground floor features a cozy sitting room with an open fire, a guest bathroom, and a master suite with a superking bed and ensuite. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a breakfast bar, dining area, and a bright sunroom for family meals. Just off the kitchen, a utility room leads to a large games room with a professional snooker/pool table, dartboard, board games, TV, Xbox, and even a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find five bright and airy bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom includes a superking bed and ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms each feature a double/full bed. One bedroom offers two single bed. All have Velux windows welcoming sunlight or views of the stars above the lush forests, farmlands and distant Sliabh Bhui Mountains. The Velux windows can open and close, and each feature blackout blinds to allow undisturbed lazy mornings in bed.

Or take a short drive to Gorey or Enniscorthy, where the high streets are alive with traditional Irish shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. Hike the Sliabh Bhui trails, or tee off at one of the many nearby golf courses.
