A cozy home where you can experience the magic of one of the most charming villages in the Tigullio area. 🌞🌊
In Camogli, you can enjoy authentic Ligurian cuisine, explore the trails of Portofino Park, or take boat trips to San Fruttuoso or the Cinque Terre. 🌿

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Discover the comfort and charm of this bright and functional home, perfect for a beach holiday with family or friends.
The house offers a living room with an open kitchen and a single sofa bed, with direct access to a private terrace 🌞. From here, a spiral staircase leads to a stunning rooftop terrace, ideal for sunbathing or dining under the stars 🌅.
It features one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower 🚿.
During the summer, you can also enjoy the shared seasonal pool 🏊‍♀️.
🚗 Although there is no private parking, free public parking is available nearby.
📍The house is about a 15-minute walk from the center. The return includes a climb and a few steps, but the view and the peaceful setting are worth every step!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any questions, you can contact us through the same channel — we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely and without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance — this service is subject to availability.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.”
If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access hours.
In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a baby crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
