Welcome to La Côtier, charming detached house recently renovated in Sainte-Cécile.

Located only 500m from the boat path and less than 15 minutes walk from the city center of Sainte-Cécile, the house is ideally located to allow you to enjoy the beach of Sainte-Cécile.

Thanks to its warm decoration and the care taken to satisfy your comfort, the house can accommodate up to 8 people in a welcoming environment. In addition, the house is composed of a large garden which is bathed in sunlight due to its exposure (south). Also, the main room composed of 5 bay windows allows you to fully enjoy the garden all year round.

You will have all the comfort you need for a stay with family or friends in a quiet and soothing residential area. Several vehicles can be parked, free of charge, inside the property or at the front of the house.
In addition, the house has many facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub), etc. which will facilitate your trip.

The tranquility of the neighborhood must be preserved, which is why no parties are allowed by the tenants. The presence of animals is also not accepted within the property. Finally, it is not allowed to smoke or vape inside the house.
