This 6 bedroom haven is your perfect private escape. Off the busy main channel you can be on the water at any time without the busy feel. Just a short drive to the life of the lake but far enough you feel like you're getting away. This home is getting a complete facelift, all new flooring, furniture, outdoor features including a hot tub, indoor games and GOLF SIMULATOR.
The Space:
This newly remodeled home is giving you all the features of a new house while keeping the private secluded escape you desire for your group. Large dock with multiple slips, Kayaks, fire pit, hot tub, sleeping 26 with game room, new furniture and private GOLF SIMULATOR. When you enter you are welcomed by the vast large main living area where you could set up corn hole without disturbing those watching a movie or making dinner. There is a screened in deck off the main kitchen as well as many private decks off bedrooms and living areas around the house. The dock has 3 large slips and kayaks are provided during your stay. Golf clubs are not included in the simulator, you must bring your own.
6 Bedrooms allowing for multiple private sleeping spaces and a well designed bunk room for the kids.

🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vacation rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odor, residue, or other remnants.
🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.
🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are traveling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet on the property.
👤 Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.
📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information
After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.
🏡 HOA & Community Rules
Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.

You have a large parking area as well as a private launch at the end of the cove.
