      Maine get away

Everything went great, location, property and weather. Only disappointed was the traffic noise at night and early morning.

      5/5 Excellent

        Location and view!

Wonderful location in the heart of Camden. There is a market within walking distance that has everything you need. Central location was ideal for day trips. The view from the back deck was perfect. It overlooks the harbor and a park. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Property manager was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

        4/5 Good

It's all about the porch !

Well kept attractive loft in a great central location. Walk to everything. One of the best porches for harbor watching. overnight parking one block away. Would stay again.

Good location, Unit Problems & Slow Response Owner

The unit is in a good location and is a nice space. The following were either not available or not working: the oven (never worked), the overhead light and fan in bedroom stopped working after 3 or 4 days and never worked again (at my insistence, a floor lamp was finally provided 6 days after arrival), washing machine hooked up wrong (Hot for cold and vice versa, all rinses hot so dark clothes had to be taken to laundromat), wi-fi did not work on arrival (after two days we were given password to downstairs's tenant's wi-fi to use, could not get basic tv channels like ESPN and CNN until three days later when we had to contact Direct TV and add a service. When we rented the unit the owner assured us he would put in an AC unit it was not there. He sent one up two days later which my husband had to help get up steep stairs to the second floor and assist with the installation. Dealing with all these problems was very stressful, especially since the owner took up to 48 hours to respond at times and often did not follow through on what he said he would do to fix the problem.
