If I could create my own hotel it would be this one. It was the perfect place for us. Our room had a spectacular view. It was a spacious corner room with a pleasant balcony overlooking sail boats and yachts in Penobscot Bay. The lobby was equally impressive, creatively designed allowing for numerous paintings by talented local artists where we enjoyed both tea and a glass of wine during our stay. We will be back.

250 Main is truly like "stepping into contemporary Europe" as the property is stunning and eclectic. The staff were very accommodating and informative during our stay. The parking situation is "amenable", but a result of our stay coinciding with the back-to-back Lobster Fest and Maine Boat Show weekends. We never resolved the in-room viewing options as "Live TV" was dead, and the connectivity which allowed for streaming was non-existent. It forced us to immerse ourselves into the ambience of the property and that is exactly what one should do when visiting 250 MAIN......

The hotel views from the roof deck were beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially considering we were traveling with our dog.

absolutely beautiful property. The staff especially Orlando were exceptional, helpful, friendly, professional. We have never stayed at a hotel where the staff went above and beyond they way they did. the property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Directly across from the ocean with beautiful views. Close to dining options and shopping. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Again a huge shout out to Orlando who made our stay beyond fantastic and he tended to our every need with a smile
