You have to send a photocopy of ID of each guest by mail or whattsap or when they arrive at the house and responsible authorization for a minor.

House at 7 'from the beach on foot, 400 meters, supermecado and bus at 200m. Urbanization very landscaped and quiet, they have all kinds of appliances and crockery where they will feel at home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of marriage and one double, for 6 people, also on request you can put two extra beds of 80cm in the dining room free. In total 8 people can be accommodated, although they will not be so comfortable that if they come 6 ... there are 2 bathrooms and one of them is private in a room. I admit pets, and you also have internet-fiber-wifi. The house will be left as they found it without making the beds. Any damage will be subtracted from the deposit. PROHIBITED TO MAKE NOISES, QUIET HOME TO ENJOY IN FAMILY. MY KITTEN STAYS IN THE STREET ONLY TO BE PENDING THAT YOU DO NOT MISS WATER AND FOOD THAT I LEAVE YOU. THE PLANTS ARE IRRIGATED EVERY 2 DAYS IN THE FULL SUMMER.

Wer Kakerlaken mag, ist hier definitiv Richtig!

Ekelhafte, riesige Kakerlaken haben nach paar Tagen die Wohnung förmlich gestürmt. Einmal saß sogar Nachts eine auf dem Bett neben dem Kopf meines 4-jährigen Sohnes. Das Meer ist 7-10 min. Fußweg vom Haus entfernt. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet, auch wenn „einwenig“ in die Jahre gekommen ist, was uns am Ende der Riese zu Verhängnis wurde und Urlaubslaune endgültig verdorben hat. Direkt 1-2 Stunden nach unseren Abreise, bekamen wir eine Nachricht von der Besitzerin, mit der Bitte das Geld für den Urlaub in vollen Umfang direkt auf ihr Privatkonto zu überweisen. Natürlich war unsere Reise vor der Anreise im vollen Umfang bereits über Fewodirekt bezahlt gewesen, worauf wir mit Screenshots es nochmal beweisen müssten. Ob das ein Versuch war von uns das Geld doppelt abzubuchen, lasse ich so im Raum stehen! Während dessen wurden wir dann noch beschuldigt eine elektrische Markise beschädigt zu haben. (Fehlfunktion ist entstanden: beim ausfahren stoppte diese nicht automatisch). Dennoch möchte ich hier drauf eingehen, dass eine Markise, die sich über zwei Funktionen (Knöpfe) bedient lässt: „einfahren“ und „ausfahren“, kaum eine Fehlfunktion durch falsches bedienen bekommen kann, sondern entsteht dieser Fehler eher aus einem technischen Grund, was mit der Abnutzung und Alter des Geräts zu tun hat. Abgesehen davon, bestand die Fehlfunktion von Anbeginn an. Wir empfehlen jedenfalls, ein Übernahme Protokoll beim Beziehen Von uns klar 1 Stern und keine Weiterempfehlung

Propriétaire très à l'écoute de nos envies. Emplacement très bien pour la proximité de la plage.la terrasse est super sympa mais seulement si il fait pas trop chaud!!!.je recommande surtout si vous avez des animaux. Salon un peu petit.

Très chouette maison, 5 min de la plage

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison à Salou. Facile d'accès (aéroport de Reus à une dizaine de km), accueil cordial et séjour tout confort. La terrasse sur le toit est un vrai plaisir !
