This is a fabulous hotel in a wonderful small town not far from the attractions of Hamilton. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. Not to be missed are the 1866 Speakeasy Bar and high tea. The hotel restaurant was also excellent.

The Clement’s is a stunning place. We particularly loved the restaurant for dinner. We stayed in the suite and unfortunately it is really noisy from guests above… you could them moving about, using the toilet and talking. Not particularly good when wanting to rest. We would come again but wouldn’t stay in the suite.

We loved the mix of history and the excellent renovation that has made this boutique hotel exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable with mini bar and amenities that are plentiful. Our breakfast was delicious. We heartily recommend this cool hotel.
