The Annex, North Farm is a beautiful and spacious property perfect for a couple or family. The accommodation has a Super King bed with an Emma mattress, along with bunk beds and a King size sofa bed in the living room if needed. Bed is equipped with Egyptian Cotton sheets.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a full roast including an air fryer.
Property will be immaculate. Large screen tv with Netflix, puzzles, books and games for entertainment.
The Annex is located on a small farm with paths to walk around the lake and beyond. We have a lot of wildlife, depending on the time of year we have murmurations of Starling, deer, hares and Spitfires!

In a way I don’t want to write this review because it would be great to keep this place a secret. North Farm Annex is without doubt the most beautiful Vrbo I have ever stayed in. Kelly is a great host who always got back to me quickly with clear information. The house itself is large with big rooms, high ceilings, and stunning views of the countryside. The place was spotless. The kitchen and dining room are terrific. The nearby village of Sawston is lovely, and while the number of restaurants and so on is limited, the quality of the food I had was terrific. I recommend Kaz for Indian food and The White Lion for drinks. The one thing I would say is that the bedroom has bunk beds in addition to a king size bed. Fine if your kids are young, not so hot if they are adolescents/teens. Fantastic stay.

The flat was spacious and very beautyful furnished in an elegant and comfortable style. The bathroom was pure luxury, the kitchen very well equipped. Everything was there to make the stay an extraordinary experience. Adding to that the flat was spotless clean, the towels super-plushy and the bed-linen was crispy and smelled wonderful. The house is surrounded by trees, rosebushes and lots of birds and other wildlife. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all, the best accommodation we ever had.
