We were not aware this was a second floor apartment and that was a challenge for us. The place seemed very clean. The water does smell like sulfur when taking a shower. Also the heat was not on prior to us getting there so the first night was a little chilly they had space heaters. Over all it was not a bad place to spend a few days away.

The local area has poor to no cell phone service. Host did not provide a heads up regarding this. This complicated check-in.The house has no house number on the property. First time visitors need to see a house number.Spiders were a problem. Killed more than 20 during our 3 day stay. A/C units in kitchen and front bedroom need to be sealed at window frame to prevent insects from entering.Carpet is nice, but wrinkled badly. It needs to be stretched and reattached.Sulfur water smell is objectionable. Water filtration system needed.Hot/cold water positions not labeled in bathroom or kitchen sinks. New users need these labeled.Towel rack in bathroom rubs hard on door frame making it difficult to close. Change rack position.Closet door in front bedroom needs door knobs. Installation needed. Nice deck.
