Nice place, plenty of eating options around albeit as its on a service area, the prices are a bit high. No charge for parking which is logical being a motorway service station.

Stayed three nights, booked room for two. Only one towel. asked for room to be made up and serviced. Not done. Cup not cleaned and no clean Towels put on beds. Room unclean, tissue laying around everywhere. Will be looking elsewhere to stay next time I am that way
Only problem was our room was not serviced on our two night stay but was comfortable and a reasonable stay with bar, car park and restaurant. Good for the price.
It could be a great place to stay if updated/clean
Great location as next to services so loads of options to eat. Nice reception staff on arrival. The beds were clean and confortable but the bathroom was dated and full of mould and stains, as was the carpets and even the ironing table.
We had the family room. The main bed was comfortable but the two singles weren't. The bed sheets on one hand 3 stains on them. Room looked dated. Breakfast expensive considering it didn't have many options. No lift so if you have kids and prams etc you're having to carry them upstairs. There was one person on reception and he was in othered by other customer complains about broken bins, lack of duvets etc. fortunately I had credit and got the room for £50-something, but every other booking site was quoting £100+... It wasn't even worth the £50

Not clean not good stay
Waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive at desk so we could check in it was after 10pm. Bedsheet had stains only one bath towel. Shower area was really dirty. Low tone noise and didn’t know where from
There is no elevator and I was given a room on the second floor with 2 big suitcases and 1 big handbag.Had to ask for the room to be changed to a first/ground floor room.The room is nice and spacious and clean.
