Sleeping area with a double sofa bed (140cm), kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, mini-oven, television), bathroom with toilet.
Internet access - No parking (public parking adjacent to the residence)
Pets allowed
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency)
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available)
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent, or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
