CAMBO, C236: One-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the Résidence Chiquito (no elevator) in the city center and in a quiet location: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, living/dining room opening onto a kitchen including oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (4 burners), fridge/freezer, etc., a shower room, a separate WC, and an attic space with a washing machine. Small balcony with a lovely view of the Nive River and the surrounding countryside. Free public parking.
Internet access. Pets not allowed.
A second bedroom is available upon request through the agency: additional charge per week depending on the season.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request through the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
