The room was clean and spacious. We loved the free breakfast, and the location of the hotel is the best ever. It is located near several restaurants, the Camarillo outlets, a grocery store, and close to the freeway to get anywhere you want to go. Our family would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent choice!

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. The only bad thing was the elevator situation. Only one there and it was out of service often which was very inconvenient when your older and on an upper floor.

The room, staff, pool, and breakfast were nice! Would have given a five, but we didn’t care for the surprise nightly parking charge upon check-in. It felt like an unnecessary money grab and was very disappointing. Eliminate the parking charge, and you’ve got a hotel worth returning to!

Rooms are in serious need of a refresh. Been staying here for years but it’s all looking old and tired. The sofa in my room was ripped and the charging ports are so old they don’t hold a cable tightly. The lamps are awful and are falling off the wall. Please do a refresh!!

I mean 10 to park yesterday but today 12. These up charges in a rural area with plenty of parking is ridiculous. Then my room was next to elevator and it beeped loudly all night. Why do you have a loud beeping elevator? Way overpriced and up charges not worth it.
