The Hotel and staff were really charming. Location excellent and enjoyed sitting outside with a drink watching the tourists having their picture taken with ‘Winston’ buzzy little town with good connections to Funchal. Will happily come back. Food was also very good

The location of the hotel is stunning. Rooms are lovely and spacious as well as modern. Breakfast was satisfactory and also we ate at the restaurant two evenings and the food was very tasty! All in all a great stay and we could come back!

The location was ideal. We stayed in three places in Madeira and this was our favourite. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite small. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We had a deluxe room with balcony overlooking the bay which was nice. Breakfast was good and is served on the roof so you can enjoy the view. Parking is nearby at a busy public lot. Guys hang out there to assist you in finding a spot. Just have to be patient and give them a tip!

The breakfast was excellent. Great variety. We enjoyed our breakfast wuth the wonderful veiw. The staff were amazing, helpful and always with a smile. The location was stunning. I absolutely adored my stay. It’s got ideal views, perfect for relaxing. The food for breakfast is great, even had gluten free options. Same went for dinner, I ate some of the best meals of my trip here. Up the stairs outside is the start of one of the best beach trails I’ve ever walked. I can’t recommend highly enough!
