The property is located 400 meters from the center of the fishing town of Câmara de Lobos, where you can enjoy all the amenities provided by the shops and services, from supermarkets, municipal market, restaurants and bars, pharmacy, public transportation, etc. A seafront promenade is 50 meters away, perfect for exercise or simply for walks.
Excellent location, both in relation to the city center and to access the highway to various locations on the island. For example: Funchal, only 10 minutes by car.
The property consists of a first floor and an attic.
The attic is currently available for temporary accommodation (holidays, work, teleworking for up to 30 days, with the possibility of monthly renewal).
The first floor will soon be available for accommodation and further information.
Access to the attic is independent of the lower floor.
The attic consists of two bedrooms, a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom.
1 parking space in a garage, subject to availability, but is usually available.
On the first floor there is a swimming pool and an area where you can relax and sunbathe. This leisure area is shared by both floors of the property.
From 1/1/2025 a tourist tax of €2 will be charged per person aged 13 or over, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, in accordance with Regulation No. 984/2024. This amount must be paid in cash upon check-in.
