O quarto estava limpo e novo, porém o restante da propriedade não está em ótimas condições. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, tanto em relação a variedade, conservação dos utensílios, local do café. A recepção fica aberta sem ninguem o que nos passou uma sensação de insegurança. Achamos o valor cobrado desproporcional às comodidades oferecidas. Lamento mas pra mim que estou acostumada a viajar e reservar pelo Hoteis.com, não é uma propriedade nota 9 como indicado nas avaliações!

Foi maravilhoso, quarto limpo instalações novas, foi nossa primeira viagem de casal e era aniversário do meu marido. Fiz surpresa até chegarmos lá e eles me ajudaram na decoração do quarto. Preço justo, fica a 5km de Monte Verde e pertinho dos passeios de quadriciclo, cavalos e tirolesa. Peguei quarto com banheira e lareira tudo funcionando bem e o café da manhã muito gostoso tem variações de frutas, pão é feito por eles, experimente a vitamina de goiaba com morango feita com as frutas de lá. Obrigada por sua recepção Sr Francisco até breve. 🙏😉

Nossa experiência foi incrível, ja nos hospedamos em outros lugares, mas nenhum como esse, o Sr. Francisco, sua esposa e filhos são excelentes anfitriões. Fomos recebidos com tanta hospitalidade pelo Sr. Francisco e pela Dona Vilma que nos sentimos em casa desde o primeiro momento. A simpatia e o cuidado deles fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência! O café da manhã é um capítulo à parte: tudo muito gostoso, com aquele jeitinho caseiro que aquece o coração, tem gosto de aconchego mesmo. Ficamos em um chalé espetacular, com hidromassagem e uma vista de tirar o fôlego… parecia que estávamos no paraíso! A localização também é excelente, bem próxima das principais atrações de Monte Verde, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios. Uma estadia inesquecível! Já estamos com saudades e, com certeza, queremos voltar. 💛
