The house is part of a small villa in a quiet residential area in the heart of Versilia. It features two spacious floors and a garden where you can relax or eat. The beach and local bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away by bike, as are supermarkets and other amenities.

The house features a spacious, bright living room accessible via an entry porch. The living room opens onto the kitchen, which overlooks the backyard. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—both equipped with air conditioning and balconies—and a spacious bathroom. A portion of the garden is available for guests’ use, as is a covered outdoor area for dining al fresco and a private parking space on the property.
The guest area is completely independent.

At check-in, identification documents will be required for all guests, and the tourist tax imposed by the municipality of Camaiore—€1.50 per person for up to 6 days—will be collected.
