The property has been fully renovated in 2024 and features spacious, partly sloping ceilings throughout, with very practical and cosy furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living and dining area that flows naturally into a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From both the living area and the kitchenette, direct access leads out to the patio. The ground floor also hosts 1 double bedroom and a shower room complete with a bidet and WC.

On the upper floor, an open gallery with characteristic sloping ceilings contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This level also features 1 additional double bedroom and a separate WC.
