Casa Lidia has a splendid living and dining room with a brand new kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a dining table, a sofa, air conditioning and a splendid piece of furniture, in which a state-of-the-art television is located.
In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed and a large wardrobe at your disposal.
In the secondary room, there is a king-size double bed, a single bed and a splendid wardrobe.
In the garden, there is a gazebo with a table and chairs for you to dine alfresco and enjoy the splendid Versilia summer sun.

Casa Lidia is in an excellent location and is easily reached even by those who choose to come on holiday without a car, as it has a bus stop 10 metres from the gate of the house, and the bus can also be taken from the nearest train station (Viareggio).

It has everything you need nearby, being located in the main street of Lido di Camaiore: restaurants, groceries, shops, newsagents and even supermarkets. The beach is only 900 metres from the house and is easily reached by simply continuing along the street where the house is located in the direction of the sea. For those who not only want to enjoy the sea and beaches of Versilia, but also want to enjoy the rest of Tuscany :

The historic city of Lucca is only 20/25 minutes by car from Casa Lidia, while by train, leaving from Viareggio station, it will only take 15 minutes. The marvellous Cinque Terre are 1 hour and 20 minutes by car, and it takes about the same time by train. Splendid Florence is 1½ hours by car, and it takes the same time by train. The spectacular Apuan Alps are 15 minutes by car from Casa Lidia, and it is possible to take guided tours of them.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders angenehm war die Temperatur in der Wohnung – wir mussten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal die Klimaanlage einschalten.Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Ein sehr guter Bäcker und leckere Pizza sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen – mit dem Auto erreicht man Lucca, Pisa oder Massa in etwa 30 Minuten.Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und sogar Videos geschickt, sodass keine Fragen offen geblieben sind. Was braucht man mehr?Die Menschen vor Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch wenn wir uns manchmal nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigt haben, hat alles wunderbar funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
