The House is actually a place, 300 meters from the beach. Located on a land of 2000 M2, with a lot of green area and plenty of fruit trees. It has three modules: the main house with two floors, whose ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a large balcony. The upper floor consists of a mezzanine with two single beds, a TV room (sky open channels) and a suite with a double bed. Smaller chalet composed of a suite with a double bed. And a larger chalet, composed of a mezzanine with a double bed and another bunk bed at the bottom and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, water filter, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, ceramic and earthenware, glasses and glasses of wine and liquor, plenty of cutlery. In front of the house overlooking the lagoon, there is a gourmet space with a rotating grill grill, integrated into the pool and wooden deck overlooking the lagoon. All rooms in the house are air conditioned. We deliver the house to the guest completely clean and tidy, with bedding and towels properly arranged and arranged on the beds of each room. In addition, we have a caretaker who lives in an independent house, on the land itself, who has the responsibility of welcoming guests and taking care of the pool and outside area of the house. There is the possibility for the caretaker to provide house cleaning services and help the kitchen if the guest wishes. This should be settled directly with the caretaker.
