Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, including 2 with 90x190 beds, 1 with a 140x190 bed, and 1 with a 160x200 bed. 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the garden level, there is a second kitchen, a garage with a ping-pong table, and a game room with a pool table. Unfenced property with a domed, covered pool (gradually sloping to a depth of 2 m., 10x5), and a carport that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Additional fee for pets. The pool is available from mid-May through the end of September (weather permitting).
