Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.
You will appreciate the complete equipment and the comfort of the "vigne" gîte:
On the ground floor... a fully equipped living room / kitchen, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs... an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Washing machine - dishwasher - TV (TNT / sattelite) - barbecue
Sheets and towels for bath are provided.
Terrace with garden furniture
Swimming pool, 5x10m - not eated - to be shared with the two other cottages.
Bikes available on site, cycle path 1.5 km - Table tennis.
