overall a good choice

Positive: nice view from balkony, daily activities within the hotel to stay entertained for both adults and kids, service and personnel were helpful and cheerful, location near beach, pools and bars were good, breakfast lunch and dinner really worth the money with different choices daily Negative: the room was not the most advanced in terms of equipment, the gym was also lacking some major equipment for a full workout

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

Nice hotel brilliant location Peguera is a lovely safe resort with plenty of low key bars restaurants with a nice vibe no huge hills either. The hotel itself, all inclusive option included esterela and the food was as you would expect good quality with a variety of buffet options we had monkfish one night it was lovely. Negative bits, reception staff not very helpful we only wanted a coffee before an early flight but because that was between 7-730am that was an issue. There’s a drinks counter in reception which never has cups, no water easily available in the room or without asking reception for a paper cup. Little things but they could have made it a lot easier for our stay.

i wonder where they got the 4 stars from? every dinner looked the same. no inspiration, no heart. recycling? found one box, but watches how to put all together after collection. every morning the run after „the best“ place at the pool started by 07:30, serious that you have no option to stop this issue? locker for the room had to be replaced 2x. smokers made the stay on the balcony impossible. Management, take the business serious and earn less and spent more on the important things.

This property has no life at all. Rooms are old,staff rude,no entertainment at all. The hotel doesn't have a license for the music so the are not allowed even to put some music by the pool area. The only good thing is the food. The drinks are again very bad and if you are asking for a alcohol shot they won't give you even if you booked an all inclusive. Very disappointed Worst hotel in Palma de Mallorca so far.

Not enough staff in the meal area -the first week we all had to search for cutlery both breakfast/dinner Tables were backed up with used plates-got better the second week. i had booked a Superior room with sea view-as we were on the second floor -we could see bits of the sea through trees.we had no kettle nor mini fridge-did asked to be moved but they declined--i asked a cleaner if this was a Superior she said NO?? on booking in they asked who i booked through and there was raised eyebrows when i told them EXPEDIA-they asked to see our bookig form then took a photo copy-this has never happened before-i go on holidays 3 times a year

Fantastische Lage, direkt am Strand. Zimmer klein, aber fein mit schönem Balkon. Ganz besonders freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam in allen Abteilungen. Besondere Wünsche/ Anliegen, z.B. Bestellung von Blumen und Geburtstagstisch zum Frühstück wurden ganz liebevoll umgesetzt, inklusive eines Geburtstagsständchens vom anwesenden Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet Mittags und Abends, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei.

Sorry, aber bei 9 Stockwerken und über 400 Zimmer stehen 90 % der Zeit, von 4 nur 2 Aufzüge zur Verfügung! Man verbringt sehr viel Zeit damit, auf diese zu warten! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, dass ich meinen Zimmernachbarn sehr laut schnarchen hörte. Der Geräuschpegel im Speisesaal ist Wahnsinn. Gottseidank hatten wir nur Frühstück! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr fleißig.

Emplacement top,la cuisine est bonne, la terrasse pour les repas est agréable. Peguera est une jolie petite station balnéaire familiale. Par contre cher pour la prestation. C est un peu l usine. Self à l allure de cantine, manque de transat autour de la piscine, location de lit balinais mais ils ne sont même pas nettoyés. Pas de piscine intérieur contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Les chambres : simples mais agréable, par contre l insonorisation est aussi horrible que les lits sont durs. Pas de sommier, planche en bois, et sur roulette. Que des lits simples. Dernier étage pour nous, top pour la vue mais par contre sous la machinerie de la Clim, donc l impression H24 qu un hélicoptère survole la chambre…
