The Space
Welcome to our beachfront villa VIP, where every stay becomes a unique experience.

Designed for families and small groups of up to 8 people, the villa offers spacious terraces, a private pool, breathtaking ocean views, and comfortable living areas:

Two double bedrooms (each with two single beds).

One double bedroom with a king-size bed.

One bedroom with a king-size bed and enough space to add two single beds

All the main bedrooms are on the same level, near the entrance, and feature two spacious bathrooms. Only two bedrooms offer direct ocean views.

For larger groups (up to 14 guests), we offer an additional sleeping area located on the pool level (-2). This area is separate from the main villa and is equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains. Note: The bathroom and shower in this area are located outside.

Additional services available upon request: grocery delivery, private chef, car and boat rentals, shuttle services, and catering.

We ask guests to keep the house clean and tidy; if trash is not picked up or the house is not left clean, additional cleaning fees may be charged.

In accordance with Spanish law, the local tourist tax must be paid in cash, in euros, upon arrival. You will receive all necessary documentation before arrival.

Amenities and Common Areas
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. There are no common areas. The house includes air conditioning, a gym, a fully equipped barbecue area, two swimming pools, a sun deck, Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher), a washing machine, towels, and linens. Each room is designed to offer comfort and privacy.

Other highlights
Before arrival, all guests must fill out a mandatory form to comply with local tourism and safety regulations. The form also includes acceptance of the house rules (listed in the property description). It is important that you read and accept all the terms and conditions before arrival.
