Als appartement sober ingericht

Het is een sober ingericht appartement met enkele hotel faciliteiten. De omschrijving op Vrbo doet echter meer vermoeden. Na vragen/klachten hierover leek in eerste instantie een oplossing te komen. Maar plotsklaps werd er via email in het spaans gecommuniceerd en stopte de communicatie helemaal toen ik (net als daarvoor) in het engels bleef communiceren. Om onze vakantie verder niet te laten beïnvloeden hebben we het daarbij gelaten.
