Sehr schöne Aussicht, jedoch da 1.OG sehr viele Leute, die vorbeigehen und einen auf dem Balkon immer beobachten. Ausstattung okay, leider mussten wir alles verbrauchbare kaufen, selbst die Spülmaschinentabs und Handseife. Bett sehr hart, nicht für jeden geeignet. Klimaanlage ist ein plus Punkt.

Das Wohnumfeld ist anspruchsvoll und sehr gepflegt.Die FEWO lässt von der Ausstattung und der Meeresaussicht kaum Wünsche offen.Hatten einen Mietwagen um uns die Insel näher anzuschauen. genauer anzusehen .E

A3023 Cala Fornells

Das Appartement ist in guter Lage und man ist schnell am Strand. Parken kann man gut in der Straße und man findet auch immer etwas. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarere Nähe.Die Küche ist in Anbetracht der Größe wirklich super und funktional eingerichtet. Leider entsprechen die Bäder nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Die Fenster sind zum Teil "nicht" gut zu schließen und lassen doch den Wind herein. Im Sommer sicher kein großes Problem aber wenn man zur Winterzeit dort Urlaub verbringt wirds dann doch schnell sehr frisch. Klimaanlage die auch wärmt ist natürlich vorhanden. Sehr schade für die tolle Lage der Wohnung.
