Appartement très sale à fuir,propriétaire malhonnête

Le description de la location ne correspond pas à la réalité. L'etat de saleté et de crasse est honteux. J ai envoyé les photos au site abritel. Pas de connection Internet ,manque équipements annoncés dans l inventaire. Le propriétaire soutient le contraire alors même que la dame chargée de remettre les clés ne l a jamais vu . Location très mal insonorisėe ;on peut raisonnablement espėrer dormir entre 1h du matin et 6h,les voisins etant des fêtards .La residence est occupée et gérée à 90% par des allemands. Literie tâchėe de sang,oreillers jaunis par la sueur avec odeur nauséabonde,avons dû dormir sans . cuisine grasse,terrasse sale ,transats poussiéreux,la liste est longue. Lorque j ai demandé un geste commercial au prioritaire il a simplement repondu qu il allait retirer l appartement de la location.

Bien placé mais bruyant, dommage

Appartement très bien placé (tout près de la plage, centre de Calvi à 15 min à pied, belle terrasse sur espace vert). Mais la proximité du Club de Vacances fait que c’est bruyant (musique le soir, des fois très tard ...). Dommage !

Lieblos und dreckig

Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur sehr schwierig, nur auf französisch möglich, extrem unfreundliche Person „Sandra“. Im Appartement war nur das nötigste gereinigt (WC Waschbecken Dusche, Boden, in der Küche die Abwasch und die Arbeitsfläche. Alles andere dreckig und klebrig, insbesondere die Terrasse und die Balkonmöbel. Der Kleiderkasten im Schlafzimmer ist vollgepackt mit Zeug. Die Terrasse konnten wir somit garnicht nutzen, was sehr schade ist, da das Appartement sonst sehr klein und finster ist und keinen Esstisch hat. Die Dusche ist alt und kaputt, das Wasser spritzt im alle Richtungen. Mikrowellenherd vollkommen verdreckt. Der in der Anzeige abgebildete Parkplatz existiert zwar, ist aber nicht für Mieter dieses Appartements vorgesehen. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist schnoddrig und dreckig, der Zugang zur Wohnung dunkel und es stinkt.
