The portion of the villa available to guests is spread over two floors.
On the first floor, there is a large area for parking multiple vehicles.
On the first floor, you’ll find an entire 180-square-meter apartment at your disposal.
The modern kitchen and dining area are open to each other; the space features a fireplace and a terrace with a breathtaking view of Calvi Dell’Umbria, creating a very bright atmosphere. A wide range of amenities and appliances is provided, as well as local wines.
Continuing on, you enter the very spacious living area. There’s plenty of room to relax, thanks to a large smart TV and a comfortable sofa. A large window floods the room with light and overlooks the villa’s olive grove.
The first master bedroom is a modern take on rustic style with its dark cherry wood, and features a charming balcony from which you can admire the stunning Umbrian mountains that serve as a backdrop to the private orchard.
The second bedroom is decorated in gray and white, colors that exude great elegance. It features a bunk bed, a study/work area, and a terrace that also overlooks the villa’s beautiful olive grove.
The third bedroom is very modern, featuring a fantastic black wrought-iron bed that, upon request, can be configured as a double bed or two separate beds.
The final room is the bathroom, decorated in white and gray to match the second bedroom, though the tilework adds a contrasting touch. Inside, you’ll find every comfort, including a toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower. Bidet, shower, and face towels are provided for each guest, along with a hair dryer and a well-stocked amenity kit
(OF COURSE, EVERY ROOM HAS ALL THE ESSENTIALS AVAILABLE FOR YOU, such as towels, soap, rugs, etc.).
Outside, there is a large courtyard connected to the orchard, the olive grove, and two private gardens available to guests, where you’ll find areas for your children to play with swings and a slide, as well as areas for your complete relaxation. The place is perfect for working and for enjoying complete peace and quiet surrounded by nature.

We recommend visiting Calvi dell’Umbria, a beautiful village just 3 km from us, and exploring the underground tunnels of Narni, 15 minutes away, as well as the world-famous Marmore Falls.
Of course, a tour of the capital, just a few minutes from our accommodation, is also highly recommended.
