Beautiful summer villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed on a single floor. This villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.



INTERIOR: This comfortable villa consists of a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to a spacious glazed terrace with views of the pool and Peñón de Ifach. A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with en-suite shower. There is also a bathroom with independent bathtub and a toilet.



EXTERIOR: A spacious terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is completely enclosed and has parking for two vehicles on the property.



LOCATION: This villa is located in the Almendros urbanisation, just a few metres from restaurants and the sandy beach. It is only 500 m from the nearest supermarket and 750 m from restaurants. The sandy beach is 1.2 km away and Calpe town centre is 2.5 km away.
