GROUND FLOOR



Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area on this level consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

- A second bedroom fitted with two single beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.



This floor offers a second full independent bathroom equipped with a shower tray.



TOP FLOOR



Accessed via an internal staircase, it houses five additional bedrooms:

- A third bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan (without air conditioning).

Excelente estancia y rapidez de reacción de la agencia

La casa es muy cómoda. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la depuradora la primera noche, pero la agencia respondió enviando un operario en las dos horas posteriores al aviso. También pedimos tijeras de cocina y enseguida trajeron 2 pares de tijeras sin estrenar. Como punto de mejora se agradecería algo más de equipamiento en fungibles, por ejemplo detergente de lavadora o de vajilla, así como gel o jabón de manos en los cuartos de baño.
