Discover luxury and comfort in our new villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca. This spectacular 350 m² property, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering a spacious and elegant setting for a perfect holiday.



INTERIOR



Upon entering the villa, you will find two carefully decorated floors. On the UPPER FLOOR there is a bright and spacious living-dining room, tastefully furnished, with direct access to a pleasant terrace and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year. The independent modern-style kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob and dishwasher, is ideal for cooking enthusiasts. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as a guest toilet.



The GROUND FLOOR houses four bedrooms. One of them features a double bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Another bedroom offers three single beds and is also equipped with air conditioning. The remaining two bedrooms each have two single beds, two of them with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is also an additional independent bathroom with bathtub.



Air conditioning is available in the living room and in two bedrooms: the bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and the bedroom with three single beds.



EXTERIOR



The villa offers a pleasant outdoor area with a private swimming pool of 9 x 4 m surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, ideal for relaxing during warm days. The covered terrace, furnished with tables and chairs, is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and social gatherings.
