The exterior of the villa features a spacious covered terrace surrounding the 8.5x4 metre pool, equipped with Roman steps and outdoor shower. A beautiful brick-built barbecue stands out, allowing you to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. Parking on the same plot has capacity for two vehicles, and the plot is completely enclosed, guaranteeing privacy and security.
