On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with DTT TV and direct access to the pool area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, giving you the possibility of preparing delicious meals. The two bedrooms are welcoming, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower for your convenience. Please note that the upper floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, guaranteeing your privacy.

Enjoy the sun and fun in our pleasant outdoor area, which features a spectacular 11.5x8 metre pool with elegant Roman steps.
